California Construction Contracting Program (CCCP): This is the direct result of an agreement between the California Department of Transportation and the California Community Colleges Chancellor, in conjunction with 10 Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs). The SBDCs provide free classes in four modules on: construction contracts, construction/business law, accounting and cash flow and business management, plans and marketing.
