The TCR expert Panel is composed of volunteers from tribal communities to guide project development, provide advice and expertise by recommending curriculum components, reviewing and giving feedback on the curriculum and instructional materials, conducting a formative review of the curriculum and recommending regional training locations and presenters.

EP meetings are conducted quarterly by web-conference.
